If you are going through life, trying your best to achieve your desires and your goals in life, but then one day you maybe wonder what if you fail and won’t achieve anything. If you have dreams to have successful life and successful relationships, it can be stressful to hold yourself in line and measure if you are doing good at all. How to not to fail in life and relationships?

The easiest way not to fail in life and relationships is to never try too hard, then you won’t have anything to fail. Are you going to follow such advice? I hope not. You want to have desires and plans. It’s very necessary for our own well being to have goals for the day, week or month. Accept the truth that you will fail to some degree because it hard to achieve any perfection. Be honest with yourself, but not too critical. Give yourself a credit for what you are doing good and don’t overcritical yourself. If you don’t know how to assess your own efforts and success, ask your friends and relatives. The goal in life is to be happy. It’s o’kay to criticize yourself a little bit, so you won’t make a mistake next time.

Try to be optimistic and feel good what you are doing is right. Be around people who want to help you and give you a great advice. Listen to honest people and don’t take everything too personally. You have one life and only you decide how it’s going be. You must experience certain paths in life whether they are good or bad from someone’s point of view. You view your life in your own way and only you decide what is good or bad for you. Sometimes if something bad happens in your life it can lead to something better. Beleive that anything that happens is good for you. This way you won’t see your life and relationships as failure.

If you are in a relationship it can be harder for you because you depend on what other person decides too. You can’t judge yourself whether the other person is nice to you or not. All you can do is do your best that you can assess your own performance. As long as you know that you did your best and you don’t have any regrets of your performance, you should feel good.

Have faith in your abilities and do your best. Your faith will guide you through doubts of life, uncertainties and you will become a winner. Follow your heart and your dreams and you can achieve great things in life and surprise even yourself. Help people, take care of yourself, stay positive, try to be happy and you believe that you can achieve what you really want to achieve.

Give joy to people - tips to be joy in life again

Start every day by giving lots of love to people you meet. It can be your friend, your mom, a stranger or even an enemy. Try to give love to everyone who needs or doesn’t need it, because we all expect to be treated well and be loved. Practice by giving love to people and you will get better and better in it. At first it can hard for you but every time it will be easier and easier. Practice giving love and you will eventually enjoy doing it. Beleive that people need it and give as much as possible.

You will change your life, you will change your relationships and you will live life to the fullest. People will enjoy you more, need you more. It can be difficult at the beginning but the more you practice the better you will get at it. Your relationships will start improving and you will feel better that you helped someone. But do people really need it or they will take you for granted? If it’s painful for you to be nice to people, then don’t do it. Try experience with it and beleive that it’s for the better. Belief that love and kindness that you give to anyone really matters and you are doing good to the world and make the world a better place.

If you are looking for a meaningful relationship before to be happy, you could waste a lot of time. Start feeling happy today and now. Start feeling love and joy even if you don’t have anyone to give your love to and anyone to love. Is love and attraction similar? It is possible to experience love even if you don’t have a partner, but attraction is more complicated. Attraction is different than love but also a great feeling to experience. People searching herbs for depression have usually tried other options to beat depression with little success. Depression support groups, therapy and every day distractions like hobbies and exercise, may not be enough for people who have sunk so low they cannot even think straight. Herbs and natural remedies should generally be considered before trying common antidepressants, like Prozac, Zoloft and Paxil, etc. Why? Because of the dangerous side effects associated with these drugs.

Much of their savings went to his medical bills and living expenses since she couldn’t work during that time. Patty’s husband eventually ended up taking his life. Stories like this should make anyone think twice about taking medication for problems with depression. Natural remedies like herbs for depression carry minimum side effects if any.

The following are herbs that have been successful in the treatment of depression for many people:

St. John’s Wort — this is the most popular of herbs for depression. St. John’s Wort is derived from a yellow flower called Hyperium Perforatum. The active ingredient in the herb is believed to balance brain chemicals neurotransmitters like serotonin, etc. The herb has been so effective for treating mild depression it is prescribed in certain countries. Luckily in the US it can be purchased over-the-counter at any drug or grocery store. While many clinical studies have confirmed its effectiveness, the jury is still out on others. The side effects are few compared to antidepressants. The most common adverse side effect of St. John’s wort is; upset stomach, drowsiness and dizziness. People with a history of bipolar disorder should not take this herb, as they may trigger mania. It takes 2 to 4 weeks for St. John’s wort to start working.

Ginkgo Biloba — derived from a species of trees, certain properties in Ginkgo have been shown to enhance memory and concentration. People suffering from depression have found increased attentiveness using this herb. Ginkgo extract was shown to increase blood circulation and from studies, thus people with blood disorders are not advised to take it. Possible side effects of Ginkgo are gastrointestinal discomfort, headaches, increased heartbeat and restlessness. Effectiveness usually peaks two hours after did digestion.

Gotu Kola- is also called Centella Asiatic derived from a small herbaceous plant. Gotu Kola has been used in many ways. Most popular in Asia and Europe it is eaten raw in salads to maintain youthfulness. The leaves are used in Thailand tea as a stimulant. Juices from the leaves are believed to ease hypertension. Gotu Kola is considered brain food in India, where it’s known to enhance memory, comprehension and mental ability. No adverse effects have been reported for Gotu Kola.

Rosemary — In its natural form Rosemary is a woody, perennial herb, with needle-like leaves that give off a strong evergreen fragrance. Popular in culinary dishes, Rosemary can be very helpful in treating mild to moderate depression and can improve symptoms of well-being. A scientific study was performed where the Aroma of Rosemary was dispersed into the cubicles of office workers without their prior knowledge. Researchers found that workers exposed to the Aroma, showed a significant increase in performance, working memory and reaction times; as opposed to workers who were not exposed to the Aroma. Rosemary is a popular essential oil and is often used in Aroma therapy. People prone to epileptic seizures should use precaution when using Rosemary in culinary dishes or as an essential oil, due to epileptogenic properties in the herb.
