Have you had your desire been broken? Did you have a big disappointment and suffering because of that? First of all, know that everyone goes through similar experience sometimes and you are not alone in your experience. This is a human nature.

It’s o’kay to feel angry sometimes, it’s o’kay to have doubts about life and where you are going. Don’t think that you are the only person who have to deal with it, it’s a part of our life that no one really talks often about.
Maybe you love amazon women and you were rejected by tall beautiful women of your dreams?
There are many other good women you can meet and don’t give up your hopes because of only one bad experience.

Start healing yourself.
Realize you can change how you feel to a certain degree. Accept your hurt and anger, let yourself feel for a certain time but not too long. We need to experience such emotions sometimes too, so we can learn about life and relate to others. If you can’t get rid of your thought, then write a letter, but don’t show it to your ex.

Find a friend to talk to. Find someone who wants to listen and understands what you are going through. It could make you feel good if you share your feelings with someone you can trust. Don’t share your feelings with everyone though, you could get hurt easily and you have chance to be misunderstood. Rely on your friends for emotional support, if they can provide it for you.

If you have a need to cry, you can cry too. Crying can make you feel better and tired, crying can heal your wounds too. You could be angry from a broken trust, some old wounds could open up too.

Do something you love or listen to your favorite music. It could make you feel better. It could be hard for you to stop thinking immediately about break up, but try to think about it less and give attention to others people in your life.

If you want to get over your break up really soon, you could meet someone even more interesting than your previous lover. It’s o’kay to date and have a good time. You will forget your lover faster and easier if you have interesting people to focus in your life. Learn from your mistakes. Realize that person wasn’t as perfect as you hoped him/her to be.

No one is perfect and we have ability to forgive. Try to forgive and try to forget. Time heals. Don’t blame that person for deceiving you or letting you down. We are all not perfect and sometimes we disappoint someone too. We all want to be understood and forgiven.

Forget about revenge. Some of you would want to hurt the person who hurt you, but focus on forgiveness. You never know where desire of revenge can lead you, so better not to choose that road. Be kind to everyone. This world has enough anger and deceit already, so you wouldn’t like to be a person to add more to it.

St. John’s Wort: An Ancient Depression Remedy

Uncategorized No Comments »

Millions of people have suffered over the centuries with the debilitating effects caused by depression and other mental anxieties. A person’s family, friends, and career can be affected by the onset of both. For these reasons (and many others not mentioned), those affected have sought relief. Many have found using the herb St. John’s Wort brings amazing relief.

The ancient Greeks recorded the use of St. John’s Wort over 2,000 years ago and gave the herb its name from an early Christian feast of St. John the Baptist. This feast takes place near the time when the plant blooms, in late June.

Over the years, this star-shaped herb has been primarily used with great success in the treatment of mild-to-moderate depression as well as mild anxiety.

Despite its common use as an anti-depressant for many centuries, it’s only been during the last 20 years that most of the herb’s mood-altering qualities have been identified and researched.

A reddish-purple extract called Hypericin in the plant’s leaves and blooms is the active ingredient which gives the effects, calming symptoms of depression, mild anxiety and some sleep disorders.

Positive results 250% greater than a placebo were found in a recent study of over 100 persons diagnosed with depression and treated with St. John’s Wort. 80% of 3,200 people noticed improvement in their depressions symptoms over a four-week period when treated. These results confirm the success rate and functionality of the herb.

In August of 1996, the British Medical Journal published an article analyzing 25 different studies showing how the normal side side effects of anti-depressent drugs (like headache and vomiting) could be avoided by using St John’s Wort instead.

St. Johns Wort benefits have also been used over the years to give relief from arthritis, leg sciatica, fatigue, congestion, and nervousness. Future studies will confirm its effectiveness on these conditions.

So no matter which of the above ailments you may be suffering from, it is important you get your herbs from a place that keep them fresh in order for you to enjoy their body balancing properties. The Bulk Herbs Store has been providing quality herbs for years and have outstanding customer service as proved by the testimonials on their website.

Get Useful Advice Grief Counseling

Psychology is a study of mine. Psychological knowledge is applied to various spheres of human activity. Psychologist attempt to understand the role of mental functions in individual and social behavior, while also exploring the underlying psychological and neurological processes. Psychology includes many sub-fields and applications concerned with such areas as human development, sports, health, industry, media and law. Psychology incorporates research from the natural sciences and humanities.

It’s easy for people who don’t really know what counseling is to not realize there are many different types of counseling for different problems. Counseling is very much like therapy in that there are individual areas in which counseling focuses on. It is not simply one broad thing that one person covers. There are actually different subjects that different counselors will specialize in. There is marriage counseling, family counseling, career counseling, mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, debt counseling, child development counseling and grief counseling, to name a few. One of psychology counseling is grief counseling

Everyone experiences and expresses grief in their own way, often shaped by how their culture honors the process or not. It is not uncommon for a person to withdraw from their friends and family and feel helpless; some might be angry and want to take action. One can expect a wide range of emotion and behavior. In all places and cultures, the grieving person benefits from the support of others. Where that is lacking, counseling may provide an avenue for healthy resolution.

Grief counseling refers to a specific form of therapy, or a focus in general counseling with the goal of helping the individual grieve and address personal loss in healthy manner. A grief counselor will help the person to talk about the person who has died, and discover whether their reaction to the death is normal or extreme. In grief counseling, you will learn that anger, guilt, and an entire range of other emotions is normal during the grieving period. By keeping these emotions bottled up, because you feel that you should not be feeling them, you will find that the grief continues on. In grief therapy, you will be able to freely express those feelings and deal with them, so that you can get through the grieving process.

Grief counseling will also help you to keep functioning in your day to day life, and also to remain healthy. Not taking care of yourself and ceasing to function in your day to day life is one of the biggest hurdles of the grief process for many people. This is because we see that life will be different without our loved one. Through grief counseling, however, and with the help of a good grief therapist, we learn that while life for us will be different, it is far from over.
